These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the legally binding relationship between you and us when you use our Website and/or Mobile App and the Services that we provide. By using or accessing the Website, Mobile App, or Services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

In these Terms, references to "us", "we", "our", or "Cryptedia" shall mean Cryptedia Ltd. When we refer to "you", we mean any person or entity that accesses or uses the Services.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

• Accommodation Provider means the provider or supplier of a hotel, hostel, serviced apartment, bed-and-breakfasts, rooms for rent, or other place of accommodation or lodging.
• Booking means the process of purchasing a selected hotel, flight, or activity and the resulting outcome of this process. A Booking is completed when we confirm receipt and acceptance of your payment.
• Booking Confirmation means any physical or digital document intended to confirm a Travel Product that has been arranged with a Service Provider based on your choices or instructions.
• Cancellation Fees means any fees charged by us and/or the Service Provider in the event of cancellation of a Booking or any part of a Booking.
• Service Provider means the Carrier, Accommodation Provider, Activity Provider, or any other third party responsible for delivering the Travel Product(s).
• Total Price means the final price displayed immediately prior to the purchase or payment of each Booking.
• Travel Product means the products provided by Service Providers that we offer, namely accommodation, flights, activities, and/or any Additional Services.

2. Services

We provide Services related to the Travel Products sold to you in exchange for the Total Price. The following are the Services that we provide:

• Displaying information and pricing of Travel Products on the Website and Mobile App.
• Provision of Website and Mobile App functions that enable you to make Bookings and purchase Travel Products.
• Facilitation of the contract(s) between the relevant Service Provider(s) and you.
• Delivery of the Booking Confirmation(s) resulting from your Booking(s).

By purchasing a Booking, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms, and that you have read and understood the terms of the relevant Service Provider(s).

3. Account & Compliance

In order to use the Services, you may be required to create an account. By opening an account, you accept that you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not responsible for any claim, damages, or losses arising from any compromise to account security.

You agree to comply fully and promptly with our Compliance Requirements. This includes providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation as requested for the purposes of identity verification and fraud prevention.

4. Travel Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the relevant documents required for your Booking. Any penalties, fines, or additional expenses incurred as a result of failure to obtain required documents will be borne solely by you.

5. Booking Confirmations

A Booking Confirmation will be delivered to you electronically to the email address provided after successful payment. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address is entered correctly and to verify all details upon receipt.

6. Payments

The price of your Booking will only be finalised upon receipt of full payment of the Total Price. We accept payment via selected digital assets or cryptocurrencies, selected credit and debit cards, and other methods we may offer from time to time.

7. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Voluntary changes to Bookings can only be requested up to 72 hours before the use or redemption time. If you voluntarily cancel or make changes to your Booking, we and/or the Service Provider may charge Cancellation Fees or Change Fees respectively.

Some Bookings may be non-refundable. Where a refund is due, the refund amount will be processed upon receipt of cleared assets from the relevant Service Provider(s). Digital asset or cryptocurrency payments may only be refunded as travel credits.

8. Acceptable Use

In using the Services, you agree that you will use the Website and Mobile App strictly for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You will not gather, extract, or reproduce any material using robots, spiders, or screen scraping software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptedia does not accept liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary, special, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Services. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the reissuance of your Booking or a refund for the Total Price.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through our internal dispute resolution procedures.
